About Me

Hello, I’m Roshan Singh, an educator, speaker, and founder of Scrollwell — a mission-driven platform dedicated to strengthening teachers and building the next generation of digitally fluent educators.

Since 2020, I have had the privilege of directly impacting over 41,000 teachers, students, and young professionals through a combination of classroom bootcamps, online courses, institutional partnerships, and public speaking sessions. My mission is to enable every educator in India and beyond to confidently adapt to the changing dynamics of education, driven by technology, creativity, and 21st-century skills.

My Vision

I believe in the transformative power of education — and that transformation begins with the educator. Through Scrollwell, I have been working to “Shiprocket Your Teaching” — a vision where teachers are empowered with the tools, confidence, and community they need to thrive in both traditional and modern classrooms.

Whether it’s digital content creation, public speaking, online pedagogy, or practical tools like Google Workspace, I help teachers break barriers and embrace their full potential as classroom leaders.

Education & Experience

I hold an MBA from NIT Jalandhar and a B.Tech in Automobile Engineering from Gulzar Group of Institutes. I’ve led managerial societies, coordinated innovation initiatives, and worked in digital marketing, project development, and educational consulting — all of which inform my work as an educator and speaker.

My Purpose

Everything I do is rooted in the belief that teachers are changemakers. If we give them the skills, support, and platforms they deserve — they will lead classrooms that shape the future. I am committed to building a platform that helps teachers embrace modern pedagogy with confidence, connection, and creativity.
